In using this website, you agree to be bound by our not so stringent terms.
In these website & trading terms, the expressions ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are a reference to The Wild Bunch Limited, trading as The Wild Bunch, owner and operator of the thewildbunch.co.nz website.
The displayed prices for our products and services are inclusive of GST levied in New Zealand. Unless otherwise displayed all transactions are processed in NZD.
Shipping & Delivery
The Wild Bunch delivers our beautiful products all over Auckland. Local and international orders are shipped via our local couriers. If applicable, exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you are never disappointed with your The Wild Bunch order.
If you feel your Wild Bunch flowers order (or other gifts) didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days, let us know within this time by calling 09 529 9547. Once we’re clear that they have been cared for as recommended, we will happily replace flowers or other gifts.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by The Wild Bunch. In the unlikely event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund, noting the following terms:
- Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, if we haven’t yet arranged your flowers or gifts order.
- Given the perishable nature of most of our flower items, we do not offer refunds on cancelled orders that have been picked and arranged, or are already out for delivery.
- Non-perishable products may be approved for a refund if returned in new condition.
- Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day of the cancellation.

Subject to the conditions prescribed under the copyright laws of New Zealand and similar legislation in your location, you may not adapt, reproduce, communicate to the public, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website or our products without our written permission.
Payment Methods & Security
Payment methods currently accepted include Credit Cards processed via our online secure gateway.
When purchasing from The Wild Bunch your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
