Q.
Where do you NOT deliver to?
A.

While we deliver to most Auckland areas and suburbs, there are a few outer areas we are unable to deliver to.

Areas we CANNOT deliver to include: Waiheke Island, Parau, Pokeno, Wainui, Millwater, Kaukapakapa, Muriwai, Piha, Taupaki, Rural Dairy Flat, and Rural Tuakau.

An EXTRA delivery fee will be required for outlying areas including: Hunua, Stillwater, Clevedon, and Brookby. Please call to confirm +64 (9) 529-9547.

Orders must be received before 8 am for same day delivery to: central Waiuku, central Pukekohe, Whangaparaoa area, Orewa, Gulf Harbour, Riverhead, central Kumeu, central Huapai, Karaka, Whenuapai, and Greenhithe.

Do you deliver Saturday?
A.

Yes we do! Orders need to be received by 10 am to guarantee same day Saturday delivery.

Q.
Do you charge for delivery?
A.

Yes, the cost is calculated at checkout. We use a floral dedicated courier and express courier to guarantee your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition

Do you do delivery to business addresses?
A.

Yes! But we do need to receive business address orders by 10am for central and outer Auckland suburbs. Questions or special requests, please phone our friendly team on (09) 529-9547.

Can I order flowers in advance?
A.

Absolutely! Just choose your desired delivery date in our checkout. We will keep track of your order and deliver on your requested date.

Q.
Help I’ve duplicated my order, what can I do?
A.

We can fix that! Please contact our Customer Service Team on +64 9 529 9547 or via email enquiries@thewildbunch.co.nz with your order number and if possible we will cancel the duplicated order for you and reimburse the extra payment.

I have forgotten the password to my account, how do I get a new one?
A.

We can help! First of all visit the login page here. Then under Login, click “Lost your password” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q.
I typed the wrong delivery address. Can it be fixed?
A.

There still might be time! If your order is still processing and has not been couriered we can update the address for you. Please contact our Customer Service Team on +64 9 529 9547 or via email enquiries@thewildbunch.co.nz with your order number and updated address information ASAP.

Even if it’s been processed already – we can let you know what your option are.

Q.
How do I care for my roses?
A.

Your beautiful roses will be delivered with water sachets on each stem so they arrive to you in premium condition. It is important to follow these steps to care for your gorgeous blooms…

1. Fill a vase with lukewarm water and add a quarter of the floral preservative sachet
2. Remove water packs from stems and any foliage that will be below the water line
3. Recut stems on an angle
4. Place Roses in the vase in a cool position away from draughts, sun and ripening fruit
5. Every 3 to 4 days repeat steps 1, 2, and 3.

Should roses droop, recut stem and place the end of the stem in a container with 4 cm of very hot water, leave for 20 seconds then transfer into a vase as step 1.

Q.
How do I care for my fresh flower arrangement, vase, or posy bag?
A.

Your designer piece is totally self contained, your flowers are either in water or floral foam which has already had floral preservative added. To extend the life of the flowers it is important to…

1. Check the water level daily and top up with fresh water if required
2. Place the designer piece in a cool position away from draughts, sun, and ripening fruit.

How do I care for my fresh cut flower bouquet or posy?
A.

1 Fill a vase with fresh water and add a quarter of the floral preservative sachet supplied with your blooms

2 Carefully remove the flowers from the wrap they have been transported in but do not undo tying ribbon, as no further arranging is necessary

3 With a sharp knife or scissors make an angled cut 3.5cm off the stem ends. This exposes a fresh part of the stem and allows the flower to absorb water

4 Immediately place flowers in the vase of water and place in a cool position away from draughts, sun, and ripening fruit.

Every 3-4 days repeat the above steps again.

Do you deliver flowers on public holidays?
A.

Unfortunately The Wild Bunch does not open on public holidays. Place your order for the business day before the public holiday and we will happily deliver beautiful flowers for you

How do I buy a Gift Voucher?
A.

Purchasing a Gift Voucher is easy! We have vouchers available in several values to suit your needs. Simply follow this link to select which voucher value you require.

Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
A.

Due to the seasonal nature and availability of fresh flowers, there may be occasions where we have to substitute. Don’t worry if this happens our designers will always endeavour to choose the next closest colour or variety.

Do you do same day flower and gift delivery?
A.

Yes we do!
We deliver Auckland-wide, Monday to Saturday. Weekday orders need to be placed by 1:00pm to guarantee same-day delivery. Note, weekday business address orders need to be received by 10am.

Saturday orders need to be placed by 10am for same-day delivery.

Can I pick up my flowers?
A.

Yes, you can pick your flower order up from our retail store in Remuera!
