Do not remove the tying ribbon as no further arranging is necessary.

On arrival unwrap flowers removing the wet pack and any water vials, ideally cut 2 cms off the stems at an angle and place in a vase of room temperature water with a quarter of the flower food additive mixed into the water.

Flowers will last longer if you change the water and trim the stems every 2 days. Don’t let any leaves touch the water and remove floating foliage to keep their environment bacteria free.
