The terms and conditions may be amended by The Wild Bunch at any time and such amendment would take immediate effect, any future use of this website after an amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound to amended conditions.
To the extent permitted by law The Wild Bunch accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website, or for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit or otherwise.
We stand by our service and our products, our aim at The Wild Bunch is to provide our clients with impeccable service and satisfaction in the knowledge that they are purchasing quality products from a caring company.
The Wild Bunch is committed to supplying the best quality available in fresh cut flowers and handpicked select gift lines.
Refunds and exchanges
Although we are unable to exchange or refund floral gifts due to the perishable nature we are committed to supplying quality products and in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied we will certainly offer our clients options to determine the best solution to the problem.
Gift items received within our gift boxes may be exchanged for a gift of the same value, simply return the gift to our store within 5 days of purchase in an unused resalable condition with a valid reason for return.
We deliver throughout the greater Auckland area Monday to Saturday, sorry we currently are unable to deliver on Sunday.
Same day business delivery within the greater Auckland area is guaranteed for orders received by 9.30 am, after 9.30 am same day business delivery may incur an extra fee.
Same day residential delivery within the greater Auckland area is guaranteed for orders received 1.30 pm.
Saturday orders must be received by 9.30 am to guarantee same day delivery.
Our delivery areas are Auckland CBD, Archhill, Airport, central Albany, Avondale, Balmoral, Bayswater, Bayview, Belmont, Beachhaven, Birkenhead, Botany, Blockhouse Bay, Browns Bay, Bucklands Beach, Campbells Bay, Castor Bay, Dannemora, Devonport, East Tamaki, Eden Terrace, Ellerslie, Epsom, Farm cove, Forrest Hill, Freemans Bay, Greenlane, Grey Lynn, Glen Innes, Glenfield, Glendene, Glen Eden, Glendowie, Grafton, Hillsborough, Herne Bay, central Henderson, Howick, Kelston, Kohimarama, Kingsland, Lynfield, Mairangi Bay, Manukau City, Manurewa, Mangere, Mangere Bridge, Meadowbank, Milford, Mt Albert, Mt Eden, Mt Roskill, Mt Wellington, Mission Bay, Morningside, Newton, Newmarket, New Lynn, Northcote, One Tree Hill, Onehunga, Otahuhu, Otara, Orakei, Panmure, Pakuranga, central Papakura, Papatoetoe, Penrose, Ponsonby, Pt Chevalier, Remuera, Royal Oak, St. Heliers, St. Johns, St. Lukes, St. Marys Bay, Sandringham, Takapuna, Takanini, Te Atatu Sth, Te Atatu Nth, Te Atatu Peninsula, Three Kings, Titirangi Township, Torbay,
Outer Auckland regions including Karaka, Helensville, Pukekohe, Oratia, Whangaparaoa, Waiuku and Waiheke Island incur an additional delivery fee.

Express delivery using Sub 60 couriers available on request for an additional fee.
To assist our couriers especially with deliveries to apartments and security gated properties please ensure you include all contact details including contact phone numbers when filling out our order form.
For special occasions such as Mother’s day Sunday extra delivery times and days are added to our schedule, notification of these times will be posted on our home page.
If no one is home on delivery our couriers will leave the gift/flowers in a safe location at the address given. The Wild Bunch is not responsible if the Gift/flowers are damaged or lost once left by our couriers in a place deemed safe.
In the unlikely event that your gift/flowers cannot be delivered they will be returned to The Wild bunch and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time, the customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries.
Additional costs may be incurred if the gift/flowers need to redelivered or redirected.
Method of payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and all prices shown include Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 15%.
The Wild Bunch cannot cancel any order that has already been made. If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up The Wild Bunch will accept the cancellation and offer either an in store credit or full refund.
In the unlikely situation of a cancellation of a wedding flower order fees apply details available from your Wild Bunch wedding consultant.
Transfer of ownership
On the sale or acquisition of The Wild Bunch or its assets, any consumer information held by The Wild Bunch at that time may be transferred to the purchaser/acquirer.
The Wild Bunch recognises and values the importance of privacy protection.
Personal information collected to provide our services and products such as email address, contact phone numbers, credit card details and physical addresses is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling/delivering orders and will not be disclosed to a third party.
